MongoMusic.com Raises Over $6 million

Menlo Park, CA - January 25, 2000 - MongoMusic, Inc. (www.mongomusic.com) the company that plans to shake-up the online music space with patent-pending technology, today announced the completion of a $6.3 million round of financing, led by new investors Nokia Ventures and Sony Music Entertainment.

MongoMusic.com also received financing from returning investors Angel Investors, Inc., Argus Capital, and Draper Richards. The company will use the funds to broaden research & development activities, expand operations and implement marketing programs.
