Woodside Networks Announces Investment by Nokia Venture Partners
Palo Alto, California - April 30, 2002 — Woodside Networks, a developer of innovative Wireless Local Area Networking (WLAN) technology, today announced that Nokia Venture Partners, a leading global venture capital firm focused on early-stage mobile technology companies, has invested US $4 million in Woodside Networks, bringing the total amount of venture capital raised by Woodside to $32 million. Woodside develops technology that will dramatically improve the speed, range, and reliability of wireless networks.
