Jim’s focus is building high-performance teams to tackle tough problems to create thriving businesses. He believes strong culture and values are key to success, including inclusiveness, transparency, accountability, and iterative learning. His recent roles have included SVP Growth at New Relic, using data, machine learning, automation, and CX to drive growth (current role), VP of Product at New Relic, responsible for the Infrastructure product. Jim was also CEO and Co-founder of Opsmatic, a real-time infrastructure monitoring service (acquired by New Relic) and has served as Interim C and VP-level Product/Marketing roles in several startups since 1999.
